Bethany-Center-For-Rehabilitation-and-Healing in Tennessee seeks a Transportation Driver to help clients with mobility challenges reach their destinations safely and on time. You will be compassionate, reliable, and responsible, taking work orders from a supervisor and ensuring smooth, punctual trips.

Daily duties include assisting clients getting in and out of the vehicle, operating wheelchair lifts as needed, reporting delays or incidents, and following all policies.

Competenze

• Must be an active TN Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA).
• Must possess a valid Driver’s License.
• Must have a clean driving record.
• Must have an active CNA License.

• Get clients with mobility challenges to destinations safely and on time.
• Show up to work in a timely manner.
• Drive clients to their destinations on time.
• Assist clients as they enter and exit the vehicle.
• Report to supervisor after client drop-off.
• Report traffic delays to supervisor.
• Report incidents or accidents to supervisor.
• Operate wheelchair lifts as needed.
• Adhere to company policies and protocol.
• Schedule appointments as necessary.
• May perform CNA duties if needed.
