Job summary

Role covers daily living tasks, personal care where required, meals, budgeting, appointments, and participation in social and recreational activities.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in learning disability or autism services is desirable but not essential; training will be provided.
• A full UK driving licence is advantageous.
• Strong communication skills and a positive attitude are essential.

Responsibilities

• Assist adults with daily living activities and personal care as needed.
• Support with meal preparation, budgeting, shopping, appointments, and household tasks.
• Encourage development of life skills, independence, and participation in social and recreational activities.
• Maintain accurate records and adhere to safeguarding policies and CQC standards.
