Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Follow physicians’ orders and directions of the nurse.
• Provide care to help residents maintain or regain function.
• Record observations accurately using facility-approved abbreviations.
• Communicate changes in residents’ conditions to the Nurse Supervisor.
• Assist with daily living activities and personal care as directed.
