Job summary

Parkside Nursing & Rehabilitation in Ohio is seeking a licensed STNA to provide direct resident care under supervision of a registered nurse. This role includes assisting with daily living activities, monitoring residents, and following care plans.

You will document observations and report changes promptly to the nursing team. Responsibilities cover safety, hygiene, mobility assistance, and collaboration with therapists to support residents’ independence and quality of life in a skilled nursing

Qualifications

• Must possess a state-tested nursing assistant certificate.
• Must be a licensed STNA in accordance with state laws.
• Must read, write, speak and understand English.
• Ability to make independent decisions and interact with residents and staff.

Responsibilities

• Follow physicians’ orders for resident care and directions of the physical therapist.
• Provide care to help residents maintain or regain highest possible function.
• Report changes in residents' condition to the Nurse Supervisor/Charge Nurse promptly.
• Assist residents with daily activities and personal care as assigned.
