Job summary

Birchaven Village, part of Blanchard-Valley-Health-System, is seeking a Nurse Aide to support licensed staff by delivering direct resident care under supervision. Responsibilities include preparing rooms, assisting with ADLs, and ensuring safety and comfort of residents in a respectful, compliant manner.

Qualifications include state registry as a Nurse Aide in Ohio, ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and strong communication. A $2,500 sign-on bonus is offered for eligible applicants.

Qualifications

• Active registry as a State Tested Nurse Aide with the State of Ohio.
• Ability to provide care appropriate to residents' needs.

Responsibilities
