Job summary

Qualifications

• Ability to assess data reflective of resident status and determine needs.

Responsibilities

• Duty 1: Provide care and report changes in resident condition to nursing staff.
• Duty 2: Assist with direct resident care and room prep as directed by nursing staff.
• Duty 3: Restock resident care supplies to meet daily needs.
• Duty 4: Demonstrate service excellence aligned with the organization’s mission and values.
• Duty 5: Follow policies, confidentiality and regulatory requirements.
• Duty 6: Assist in other tasks as directed by Nurse, DON, or ADON.
