Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Take vital signs and monitor resident conditions
• Provide emotional support and companionship to residents
• Assist with mealtime and nutrition services
• Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of resident care
• Collaborate with the nursing team to develop and implement individualized care plans
