Job summary

Villa Georgetown Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center is seeking a State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) to join our dedicated team in Ohio. You will perform direct, hands-on care for residents, working closely with nurses and healthcare staff to ensure dignity and comfort.

You will assist with daily living activities, monitor residents' health, aid mobility, and document care while maintaining a safe healing environment.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) certification in Ohio.
• A genuine desire to care for others with kindness, respect and patience.
• Reliable and hardworking with a commitment to high-quality care.
• Ability to collaborate with RNs, LPNs and other healthcare team members.

Responsibilities

• Direct care: assist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming and feeding.
• Monitor health: observe and report changes to the nursing team.
• Assist with mobility: help transfers and mobility activities.
• Provide emotional support and companionship to residents.
• Maintain a safe environment following health and safety regulations.
• Document care and changes in residents' condition for the team.
