The Pavilion at Edgefield in Canton, OH is seeking a State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) to provide direct care for residents under supervision. This role supports nursing staff, helps with daily living activities, safety, and comfort to enhance residents’ quality of life.

Qualifications

• Certified Nursing Assistant credential required and in good standing.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• CPR/BLS certification required and current.

Responsibilities

• Provides direct care to residents under supervision of licensed staff.
• Assists with activities of daily living and mobility.
• Coordinates dining room services and meal intake documentation.
• Delivers nutritional supplements and tracks intake.
• Documents weight and skin condition per policy.
• Assists with toileting and completes daily flow sheets.
• Reports changes in resident condition to nurse promptly.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
