Job summary

SNF DIVISION in Ohio seeks a State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) to provide compassionate, resident-centered care in a long-term care setting. You will assist with activities of daily living and ensure resident dignity and safety.

You will monitor health, support meals, follow infection control practices, document observations, and collaborate with nurses and other staff to deliver personalized care that enhances quality of life.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, feeding) to support independence.
• Monitor residents' condition by observing changes and reporting vital signs to licensed staff.
• Help with meal service and monitor food and fluid intake according to care plans.
• Maintain clean, safe environment and follow infection prevention and safety standards.
• Collaborate with nurses, therapists, physicians and other staff to deliver personalized care.
