Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide direct resident care and room preparation as directed by nursing staff.
• Report changes in resident condition or behavior to appropriate personnel.
• Communicate needs for inventory and restock care supplies to ensure daily resident care needs are met.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisor.
