Job summary

Mercy seeks a Speech-Language Pathologist to perform objective assessments and deliver comprehensive treatment plans for assigned patients, following department policies for referrals.

Qualifications include a Master's in Speech-Language Pathology, current or provisional licensure, and ASHA certification within 1 year of hire. BLS is required, with emergency response ability as needed. Experience of one year is preferred.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Current or provisional state licensure in practice state.
• One year of experience preferred; pediatric and multi-age care preferred.
• ASHA certification within 1 year of hire (extension at leader's discretion); BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Perform objective assessments and develop comprehensive individualized treatment programs.
• Follow departmental policies and procedures regarding referrals.
• Respond to emergency situations as needed.
