You’ll provide medically related social work services to support residents' physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being, coordinating care and resources to help achieve the highest practicable level of recovery.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Bachelor's Degree in Social Work or Human Services desirable.
• Two years' supervised social work experience with geriatrics desirable.
