Stanton Park Health & Rehabilitation in Washington, DC is seeking a dedicated Social Worker to support residents’ physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being within a team-focused skilled nursing and sub-acute care setting.

Competenze

What You’ll Be Doing

The Social Worker is responsible for providing medically related social work services so that each resident may attain or maintain the highest practicable level of physical, mental and psychosocial well-being

Requirements

Education: High School Diploma Required. Bachelors Degree in Social Work or a Human Services field desirable

Licenses/Certification: N/A

Experience: Two years if social work supervised experience working directly with geriatrics clients in a health care setting desirable.
