Liberty Ridge Health & Rehabilitation Center in Lynchburg, VA seeks a Social Services Director or similar role to support residents’ emotional and social needs. You will assist in planning, organizing, implementing, and directing the Social Services Department in line with federal, state, and local guidelines.

A high school diploma or equivalent is required. The position is full-time, Monday–Friday, 1st shift, with a compensation of $25.00 per hour based on experience.

Qualifications

• Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

Responsabilités

• Assist the Director to ensure that the medically related emotional and social needs of the resident are met/maintained on an individual basis.
• Assist in planning, organizing, implementing, evaluating, and directing the overall operation of the community’s Social Services Department in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines and regulations, our established policies and procedures.
