Job summary

Ivy Park at Los Gatos, a premier senior living community operated by Oakmont Management Group, is seeking a Server to provide warm, professional dining service for residents and guests. You will take orders, deliver meals, and maintain a courteous atmosphere in the dining area.

We offer full-time and part-time shifts with weekend availability, a pay range of $18.50 to $19.50 per hour, and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, a 401(k) with company match, and more.

Qualifications

• Experience preferred but training provided.
• Must be at least 16 years old with a work permit.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong desire to work with the elderly.
• Written and verbal communication skills.
• Criminal background check and health screening required.
• Vaccination and PPE may be required for safety.

Responsibilities

• Serve residents, family members, and visitors courteously.
• Accurately take orders and enter into the POS system.
• Set up and bus tables as needed.
• Follow proper serving techniques and etiquette.
• Maintain a safe and secure environment per safety standards.
• Encourage teamwork across departments.
