Job summary

IVY PARK AT CLAREMONT is seeking on-call servers to provide friendly, efficient dining service in a senior living community. This role offers all shifts and a pay range of $17.00–$18.00 per hour, with training provided for the right candidate.

Responsibilities include taking orders, serving residents and guests, and maintaining a clean dining area. Benefits include health, vacation, meals, and more, with opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Experience is preferred but not required; training is provided.
• Must be at least 16 years old with a work permit.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Desire to work with elderly residents.
• Ability to communicate with staff, physicians, residents and families.
• Criminal background check and health screening required.

Responsibilities

• Serve residents, family members and visitors in a courteous manner.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and enter into POS.
• Set up and break down tables as needed.
• Maintain safe, clean dining areas and assist with etiquette.
• Support teamwork across shifts and departments.
