Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide safe transportation to appointments and outings.
• Assist residents in and out of vehicles and accompany them to destinations.
• Conduct pre-trip and monthly vehicle inspections and maintain cleanliness and safety equipment.
• Complete required driving logs and documentation.
• Report resident changes in condition.
• Follow safety and infection control standards.
