One Senior Care in Warren, Ohio, is hiring a Driver/PCA to transport participants safely to appointments and assist with daily needs at the center or in homes. This role rewards dependability, teamwork, and compassionate service in a supportive team environment.

You will operate wheelchair lifts, document care and transport details, and stay flexible to changing schedules, including early starts and weekend rotations. Training is provided, and CPR/First Aid are encouraged.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Q-Straint Academy Certification provided/training available.
• CPR and First Aid Certification or willingness to obtain after hire.

Responsabilidades

• Drive participants safely to and from scheduled appointments and the center.
• Assist participants on and off the vehicle with care.
• Operate wheelchair lifts and secure mobility devices.
• Complete documentation accurately and on time.
• Attend required staff meetings and training sessions.
