One Senior Care in Ashtabula, OH is seeking a Driver/PCA to transport participants to appointments and assist with daily needs. You'll work with a supportive team, ensuring safety, reliability, and compassionate service in both center and home settings.

The role offers hourly pay starting at $15.90 and increasing after 90 days, with eligibility for a quarterly incentive plan. Flexible per diem scheduling is available, with training provided.

Competenze

• Valid State driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Experience or willingness to support frail or elderly participants.
• Completion of required background checks, physical, drug screen and TB screening.

Mansioni

• Drive participants safely to and from scheduled appointments and the center.
• Assist participants on and off the vehicle with care and courtesy.
• Operate wheelchair lifts and secure mobility devices according to safety procedures.
• Adjust routes while following established schedules.
• Complete documentation accurately and on time.
• Participate in ongoing Quality Initiative training.
• Provide personal care support as needed, including bathing and toileting.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and safety; report maintenance needs promptly.
