Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 2 years experience in a health care facility.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving history.
• Ability to safely operate a motor vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Transport residents to and from appointments and activities.
• Secure passengers’ wheelchairs and assist with getting in and out of vehicles and buildings.
• Assist residents and others with related tasks while adhering to HIPAA guidelines.
• Communicate disruptions or issues to supervisor promptly.
• Keep vehicle maintained and report repairs or hazards.
