Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Must possess a current Commercial Driver's License as required by PA.
• Verifiable safe driving record with clean history.
• Thorough knowledge of the metropolitan area.
• Genuine interest in geriatric care and facility philosophy.
• Well-groomed appearance with courteous, friendly manner.
• Previous transportation experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 20 pounds occasionally and 10 pounds frequently.
• Excellent customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, timely transportation to residents, guests, and visitors.
• Drive facility vehicles to local destinations and events.
• Maintain vehicle logs and conduct basic maintenance/inspection schedules.
• Assist at Concierge desk and support related duties as needed.
• Work day and night shifts in varied weather and driving conditions.
• Ensure vehicles are clean and presentable at all times.
• Follow safety policies and cooperate with facility staff.
