Job summary

The Pennant Group’s Las Fuentes Resort Village is seeking a responsible Transport Driver to safely move residents to and from medical appointments. You will plan routes, assist residents in and out of vehicles, and ensure vehicles are clean and fueled for shifts.

Ideal candidates have a valid driver’s license, a clean driving record, and strong communication skills. You will work with nursing staff to maintain safety standards and resident comfort on-site.

Qualifications

• Must read, write and understand English.
• Possess a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Ability to operate and maintain community transport vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Drive residents to and from appointments using community vehicles.
• Assist residents entering/exiting vehicles and at destination.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and basic safety inspections.
• Ensure proper paperwork is delivered to and returned from physician offices.
• Follow HIPAA, Resident Rights and CAPLICO Code of Conduct.
