Job summary

The Summit of Citrus Hills in Hernando, FL is seeking servers to join our dining room team. Full-time or part-time positions with no late nights, dedicated to compassionate care and resident-centered service.

You will serve meals, follow dietary standards, and help maintain a pleasant, efficient dining operation for our senior residents. Benefits include PTO and holiday pay, daily pay, 401K with discretionary match, disability coverage, tuition reimbursement, and referral bonuses.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to read, write and speak English.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds.
• Drug testing and criminal background check upon hire.
• Must be free of communicable disease.

Responsibilities

• Serve meals in the dining room and ensure pleasant, efficient service.
• Follow dietary standards when preparing meals.
• Set up dining room and assist in service.
• Take orders and serve food in appropriate fashion.
• Bus tables and deliver trays as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness of work areas as directed.
