Job summary

Menno Haven is seeking a Sales Counselor (Senior Living Advisor) for a full-time, non-exempt role to guide prospects and families toward making Menno Haven their home. You will build rapport, deliver tours highlighting unique services, and manage the sales process from lead generation to closing.

Responsibilities include relationship development, coordinating with marketing for outreach, timely follow-ups, and CRM record-keeping.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in the healthcare or senior living sector.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Genuine passion for working with seniors and their families.
• Understanding of the senior living industry and its trends.
• Prefer college degree or experience in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with prospective residents and their families.
• Conduct tours of our facilities, highlighting the unique features and services.
• Manage the sales process from lead generation to closing.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create outreach strategies and materials.
• Respond promptly to inquiries and follow up with potential prospects.
• Assist in organizing community events to engage with the target audience.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and progress in the CRM system.
