Job summary

TerraBella Senior Living in Asheboro, NC, is seeking a Care/Medication Technician to support residents with daily living activities, monitoring health, and ensuring a safe, home-like environment. The role combines hands-on care with medication-assisted tasks under supervision.

You will assist with bathing, dressing, feeding, mobility, and routine checks, while documenting observations, coordinating with the Nurse and Health Care Coordinator, and promoting resident dignity and independence.

Qualifications

• Certified Nurse’s Aide certification preferred.
• High School diploma/GED required.
• Must be 18 years of age.
• CPR Certification preferred.
• First Aid Certification preferred.
• Previous experience working with seniors preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on care and support to residents.
• Observe, report and document changes in residents’ conditions.
• Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, toileting, grooming, ambulation).
• Maintain cleanliness of residents’ rooms and work areas; promote safety and dignity.
• Assist with medication administration under supervision and document accordingly.
