Ideal candidates have 1–3 years of housekeeping experience, a positive attitude, and good communication skills. This on-site position is part of a mission-driven team dedicated to excellence and resident comfort.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read, write and follow written and verbal directions.
• High school education or GED preferred, but not required.
• Experience in housekeeping, preferably in hospitality or health care.

Responsibilities

• Performs routine cleaning of common areas and resident spaces following guidelines.
• Maintains cleanliness and order in corridors, restrooms, offices and lounges.
• Supports cleanup of leaks, spills, and emergencies as needed.
• Notifies supervisor of supply shortages and adheres to safety standards.
• Maintains a neat, organized work area and follows OSHA safety guidelines.
• Communicates effectively in writing and verbally with residents and staff.
• Demonstrates hospitality and respect toward residents, families, and colleagues.
