Job summary

Brazos Towers at Bayou Manor in Houston, TX is seeking a dedicated Housekeeper for a full-time role in a faith-based, not-for-profit life plan community. You will clean and maintain resident spaces, assist residents and staff, and help uphold our standards of cleanliness and safety in a senior living setting.

Ideal candidates will have a positive attitude toward serving older adults, be reliable, and align with our values of respect, excellence, and community.

Qualifications

• Must read, write and follow written and verbal directions.
• Must stand or walk for 6–8 hours per shift.
• Must be punctual and reliable.
• 1–3 years of housekeeping experience, preferably in hospitality or health care.

Responsibilities

• General cleaning duties including ceilings, vents, fixtures, windows, floors.
• Maintain organized housekeeping storage and report issues to supervisor.
• Follow daily work assignments and safety protocols.
• Disinfect bathroom fixtures and remove water marks.
• Assist with restocking supplies and basic maintenance as directed.
