Job summary

Brazos Towers at Bayou Manor in Houston, TX is seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Aide to assist residents with daily living activities, transfers, bathing, dressing, meals, and monitoring vital signs, while maintaining a safe, clean bedside environment.

Qualifications

• Strong customer-service mindset in interactions with residents and families.
• Ability to engage with older adults compassionately and professionally.
• Ability to work as part of a care team to support residents.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents in getting in and out of bed and chair safely.
• Help with bathing, dressing, grooming and personal care.
• Take and record vital signs and report changes to the nurse.
• Assist with dining and meal service; document intake.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of bedside area and supplies.
• Support resident independence and participation in activities and events.
• Respond promptly to call lights and communicate with team.
