New Perspective Senior Living is seeking a dedicated Housekeeper to maintain a clean, safe, and inviting environment across the community and laundry areas. The role emphasizes respectful interactions with residents and teamwork to support daily operations and quality living experiences.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Ability to read, write, speak and understand English.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities and tasks.
• Ability to make decisions in residents' best interest.

Responsibilities

• Sweep, mop, and polish floors; sanitize areas, vacuum carpets; clean restrooms; wash windows and walls; move and arrange furniture and equipment; pick up outside garbage.
• Work with other team members to maintain a clean and sanitary environment for residents and staff.
• Stock common areas, replace light bulbs, tidy throughout the day, and remove trip hazards.
• Follow the facility's safety program, including handling and storage of chemicals and equipment.
• Understand and follow written and oral directions.
• Demonstrate hospitality and deliver excellent customer service to residents, families, visitors, and vendors.
• Ensure an attractive home environment that fosters engagement and purposeful living.
