LakeHouse Senior Living, LLC is seeking a dedicated housekeeper to support Independent Living, Assisted Living and Memory Care communities. You will perform daily cleaning, laundry duties, and safe handling of chemicals while maintaining a welcoming, respectful environment for residents and guests.

Qualifikationen

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous housekeeping experience preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively speaking the primary language of the residents.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Must demonstrate an interest in working with a senior population.
• Interacts with guests, residents, and staff in a courteous and friendly manner.
• Regularly stand, walk, use hands and reach; climb/balance; lift up to 50 pounds; vision requirements.

Aufgaben

• Performs cleaning duties according to schedule in apartment homes, common areas, lounges and offices.
• Sweeps, dusts, mops, vacuums, and rotates runners in hallways.
• Cleans, sanitizes, and polishes fixtures; stocks dispensers as necessary.
• Scrubs tiles, woodwork, window frames, and sills.
• Maintains equipment and keeps area clean and orderly.
• Collects trash and distributes laundry and maintains commercial laundry area.
• Ensures chemicals are stored securely and exits are accessible.
• Reports repairs and supply needs to Lead Housekeeper; performs other duties as assigned.
