New Perspective Senior Living is seeking a dedicated Housekeeper to maintain a clean, homelike environment across the community and laundry areas. The role emphasizes safety, guest service, and collaboration with the team to support residents and families.

Wage is $16/hour for a full-time position with benefits. Training, advancement opportunities, and education financial assistance are offered to eligible employees.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to read, write, speak & understand English.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities and tasks.
• Ability to act in the resident’s best interest.

Responsibilities

• Sweep, mop, and polish floors; sanitize areas; vacuum carpets; clean restrooms; wash windows and walls.
• Move and arrange furniture and equipment; assist with laundry as needed.
• Stock common areas; replace light bulbs; tidy daily; remove trip hazards.
• Follow safety program and proper handling/storage of chemicals and equipment.
• Follow oral and written directions.
• Provide hospitality and high-quality service to residents, families, visitors, and vendors.
• Maintain an attractive home environment that supports engagement and purposeful living.
