Job summary

Heritage Senior Living is seeking a dependable Housekeeper to maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for residents, families, visitors, and staff. You’ll clean resident living areas, common spaces, and offices, and assist with resident laundry while upholding infection-control procedures.

You’ll be part of a caring team that respects residents’ homes and privacy, following schedules and using proper documentation. Training and opportunities for growth are offered.

Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping, environmental services, healthcare, or related experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision.
• Comfortable following cleaning, sanitation, and infection-control procedures.

Responsibilities

• Clean resident apartments, common areas, dining areas, offices, and other spaces.
• Sweep, mop, wash, and vacuum floors; dust furniture and fixtures.
• Empty trash and dispose of waste; clean resident equipment as assigned.
• Collect resident laundry and wash, dry, fold, and return laundry.
• Follow safety and infection-control procedures; report hazards to supervisor.
• Complete required documentation and maintain supplies for housekeeping carts.
