Sinceri Senior Living is seeking a dedicated housekeeping professional to maintain clean, sanitary living areas for residents. The role requires following established cleaning schedules, handling laundry duties, and reporting maintenance needs to ensure a safe, welcoming environment.

You will interact with residents, families, and staff, and contribute to a positive team culture in a community-focused setting.

Qualifications

• Must read, write, and follow directions to perform duties.
• Must communicate effectively with residents, families, staff, and officials.
• Ability to work with elderly residents and understand their needs.
• Must meet state health requirements and work a regular schedule.

Responsibilities

• Follow cleaning schedule for resident rooms, offices, and public areas.
• Sweep, vacuum, and clean furnishings and surfaces.
• Clean windows, walls, ceilings, and public spaces.
• Report safety concerns and maintenance issues to supervisor.
• Assist with laundry and inventory of supplies as directed.
