Qualifications

• Ability to read, speak, and write in English.
• High School or GED equivalent preferred.
• Some experience in a hospitality setting or senior community is helpful but not required.
• Complete all required employment screenings including criminal background check and drug screenings.
• Ability to lift at least 40 pounds and perform physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Follow established performance standards and procedures.
• Dust wall vents, handrails, ceilings, baseboards, furniture, and blinds.
• Vacuum carpets and upholstery as directed; shampoo as needed.
• Clean and sanitize bathrooms; restock towels, paper products, and soap.
• Identify safety hazards and report to supervisor; maintain safe work environment.
• Notify maintenance of items needing attention (bulbs, hazards).
• Follow infection control techniques and wear proper PPE as required.
• Participate in meetings and trainings; support team members as needed.
• Handle hazardous chemicals safely and store them properly.
