Grace Management, Inc. seeks a dedicated Housekeeper for our senior living community in Scottsdale, AZ. The role focuses on cleaning common areas and resident rooms, following procedures, and ensuring resident well-being with a compassionate approach.

The Housekeeper must communicate changes to management, support a safe environment, and work well within a team. Physical tasks and compliance with regulations are required.

Qualifications

• Must have a genuine loving and caring attitude for seniors.
• Ability to read, speak, and write in English.
• High School or GED equivalent preferred.
• Some experience in hospitality or senior living is helpful but not required.
• Must complete required employment screenings including background and drug tests.
• Ability to lift at least 40 pounds and perform physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Follow established performance standards and procedures.
• Dust, vacuum, and clean walls, fixtures, and furniture.
• Clean bathrooms, restock supplies, and maintain safe chemical storage.
• Identify resident problems and report to supervisor as needed.
• Notify maintenance of safety hazards and maintenance issues.
• Participate in education programs, staff meetings, and in-services.
• Maintain composure and teamwork in all situations.
