Senior Lifestyle Corporation is seeking a compassionate Home Making Services Assistant to support residents in Independent Living and Assisted Living. Responsibilities include housekeeping, meal prep, grocery shopping, and documenting daily services provided.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent and 0-1+ years of general patient care experience. English proficiency and a patient, respectful attitude are essential.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 0-1+ years of experience in general patient care.
• English language proficiency required.
• Patience and compassion for the elderly.

Responsibilities

• Provide Home Making Services: make the bed, wash dishes, tidy the apartment, organize closets and dresser drawers, launder clothing and bedding, iron, grocery shopping, meal preparations.
• Provide additional assistance as required.
• Document services on the daily report sheets; daily reports due at end of shift.
• Attend required training, in-service sessions, and staff meetings.
• Maintain a safe working environment; prevent accidents and preserve equipment.
• Maintain a positive and professional demeanor toward residents, visitors, families, and co-workers.
