Qualifications

• Provide personal assistance and daily care to residents.
• Must be at least 18 years old; background check and health screening required.
• Strong customer service and communication with residents, families, and staff.
• Willingness to comply with vaccination and PPE requirements as per guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (eating, bathing, dressing, toileting, transferring).
• Respond promptly to residents’ needs while preserving dignity and privacy.
• Report changes in residents’ condition to a supervisor.
• Maintain a safe and secure environment for residents and staff.
• Promote teamwork and cooperation across departments.
