Job summary

Oakmont of Concord is seeking a dedicated Care Provider to assist residents with daily activities and personal care, enhancing independence and quality of life on our Berkeley-style campus. You will follow individualized care plans, respond promptly to needs, and maintain dignity and safety for residents and colleagues.

Training is provided; high school diploma or GED required, with emphasis on compassionate interaction.

Qualifications

• Experience preferred but not required; training provided.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Solid written and verbal communication with residents and families.
• Ability to pass background check and health screenings.
• Willingness to follow safety protocols and PPE requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADL) per care plans.
• Respond promptly to residents' needs while maintaining dignity.
• Report changes in residents' condition to a supervisor.
• Maintain a safe, secure environment for staff and residents.
• Foster teamwork and cooperate with other departments.
