CARE PARTNERS is seeking PRN staff to assist with daily elder care in our community. You will provide personal care, monitor health, and offer emotional support to residents. This role may involve helping with meals and participating in social activities alongside a compassionate team.

Qualifications

• Willingness to learn and work within a team
• Good verbal communication and the ability to read, write, and speak English with residents and coworkers who only speak English
• Licensing documentation (if required by your state) and be able to pass a criminal background check
• Ability to perform job responsibilities with or without accommodation

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care: assist elders with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility
• Provide health monitoring and documentation: observe, document, and report changes in health or behavior to the Wellness Team
• Give emotional support: engage with elders dealing with loneliness, anxiety, or other emotional challenges
• Assist with meals and possibly feed elders who require support
• Engage in social and recreational activities to enrich residents' well-being
• Communicate with elders, families, other team members, and guests
• Maintain cleanliness and light housekeeping as needed
