Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
• Genuine love and respect for seniors, with willingness to learn and grow.
• Experience caring for seniors is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Support residents with daily activities.
• Assist with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.
• Assist with eating and drinking.
• Assist with light housekeeping to keep spaces clean, safe, and comfortable.
• Bring warmth, companionship, and patience to brighten their day and support well-being.
• Create a caring, uplifting environment where residents feel valued and loved.
