The Springs Living, LLC is seeking compassionate caregivers for full-time and part-time weekend shifts in Happy Valley, OR. You’ll help residents with daily living activities, provide companionship, and support a warm, respectful community.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screening.
• Reliable weekend availability (Saturday and Sunday required for current schedules).
• A compassionate, service-minded attitude and strong teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Assisting residents with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support.
• Providing companionship, encouragement, patience, and emotional support.
• Responding to resident call lights and requests.
• Working as a team with fellow caregivers, med techs, and leadership to provide exceptional care.
• Observing resident needs and communicating updates to the care team.
• Supporting a warm, respectful, and engaging environment for residents and coworkers alike.
