Job summary

The Springs Living, LLC is seeking experienced Caregivers for full-time and part-time positions with set schedules. Build meaningful relationships with residents while delivering patient, compassionate care.

Responsibilities include personal care, daily support, and collaboration with the care team to follow individualized plans. Requires a strong caregiving background and the ability to pass background checks and drug screening.

Qualifications

• Previous professional caregiving experience is required.
• Experience providing hands-on personal care to older adults is strongly preferred.
• A dependable, patient, and compassionate approach to caregiving.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• A commitment to providing consistent, quality care and building lasting relationships with residents.
• Ability to successfully complete a criminal background check and pre-employment drug screen.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and daily support, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and other routines.
• Build trusting relationships with residents through companionship, patience, and encouragement.
• Follow resident service plans and communicate changes in needs, preferences, or condition to the care team.
• Respond to resident requests, pages, and call lights.
• Work closely with Med Techs, nurses, and other team members to provide consistent, person-centered care.
