Job summary

The Springs Living, LLC is seeking a dedicated Caregiver in Hillsboro, Oregon to provide compassionate assistance to residents, supporting daily living activities and meal service on-site. You will follow service plans, document concerns, and assist with activities to enhance resident independence and well-being.

Responsibilities include maintaining CPR/first aid readiness, attending required trainings, and upholding privacy and safety while delivering friendly, professional care to residents

Qualifications

• CPR and first aid certification maintained.

Responsibilities

• Supports residents with activities of daily living as per service plans.
• Answer pages and call lights immediately.
• Support residents with emotional and behavioral needs.
• Aid in resident activity participation and lead activities when asked.
• Assist in developing and revising Service Plans with supervisor input.
• Observe and report resident concerns to supervisor.
• Read logs at start of shift and document updates by shift end.
• Perform housekeeping duties as scheduled.
• Handle food service tasks including delivering meals and clearing dining areas.
