Competenze

• Experience is preferred but training is available.
• Background in assisted living, nursing homes, hospitals, or home care.
• Knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, and geriatric care practices.
• Experience with dementia, Alzheimer's, or hospice care is advantageous.
• Ability to perform manual handling with safety standards.
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred; can be obtained after starting.
• Strong communication while maintaining HIPAA confidentiality.

• Administer prescribed medications following orders and facility protocols.
• Observe residents’ responses, vital signs, and overall health in EHR.
• Assist with personal care activities and mobility needs.
• Monitor for adverse reactions and report to nursing staff promptly.
