Job summary

MBK Senior Living in Portland, OR is seeking a Medication Technician to provide compassionate resident care by assisting with medication administration and daily living activities, following personalized care plans and regulatory guidelines.

The position is full-time, swing shift (32-40 hours), with pay DOE and a comprehensive benefits package. Applicants should have a High School diploma, CPR & First Aid, and prior medication experience.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent (GED) is required.
• CPR & First Aid certification required or able to obtain.
• Must be able to read, write, and understand English; good communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily medications, treatments, and care per policy and regulations.
• Notify supervisor if medications are not administered correctly and document reasons.
• Maintain accurate, confidential records of resident medication and care.
• Document medication changes and coordinate with pharmacy for new orders.
