Job summary

FILRO Caregivers is an in-home care provider offering compassionate caregivers for seniors on hourly come-and-go or live-in basis. You will build trusted relationships and deliver hands-on care to support independence and quality of life.

Roles include assisting with meals, mobility, and daily living activities, with emphasis on safety, dignity, and compassionate companionship. We encourage reliable, patient caregivers to apply and grow with our team.

Qualifications

• Hands-on caregiver experience including transfers, bathing, toileting, and mobility support.
• Experience with live-in and flexible come-and-go hourly care.
• Experience providing dementia care.
• Ability to communicate effectively with seniors and build trusting relationships.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license or state ID.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States and be 18 years of age or older.
• Must have a negative TB skin test or chest x-ray.
• Availability for live-in assignments, weekend shifts, overnight care, and flexible hourly coverage.
• Able to stand, walk, squat, bend, kneel, twist, push, and pull as required, lift up to 50 pounds.
• Pass criminal background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Help with meal preparation, light housekeeping, laundry, and household organization.
• Escort clients to appointments, errands, and community activities as needed.
• Provide companionship and emotional support while encouraging independence and dignity.
• Assist seniors with personal care, mobility, and daily living activities safely.
