Flatirons FlexCare for Seniors is seeking caring caregivers to provide in-home support, promoting comfort and independent living for clients. You will perform daily living tasks, assist with meals, medications, and mobility, and support client engagement.

The role emphasizes compassionate communication, reliability, and a team-oriented environment. Part-time and full-time opportunities are available, with a focus on flexible scheduling and dedicated supervision.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Reliable, punctual, and professional.
• Ability to drive or access to reliable transportation.
• Prior experience is a plus, but not required.
• Must provide 2 forms of ID and eligibility documentation.
• Direct deposit enrollment required.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, patient-centered care to individuals in their homes, focusing on their unique needs and preferences.
• Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Prepare meals and snacks, as needed.
• Manage medication schedules and administer medications as prescribed.
• Engage in conversation and activities to promote social interaction and mental stimulation.
