Filro Caregivers in Illinois is seeking compassionate caregivers for seniors on an hourly come-and-go or live-in basis. You will provide hands-on care, companionship, and support to help seniors remain independent and comfortable at home.

Ideal candidates have prior caregiving experience, are reliable, and can communicate effectively with seniors and families. The role offers flexible schedules, weekly pay, and opportunities for growth within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Prior hands-on experience as a caregiver, including transfers, bathing, toileting and mobility support.
• Experience providing both live-in and flexible come-and-go hourly care.
• Experience providing dementia care.

Responsibilities

• Help with meal preparation, light housekeeping, laundry and organization.
• Escort clients to appointments, errands, and community activities.
• Provide companionship and emotional support while encouraging independence and dignity.
• Assist seniors with personal care, mobility and daily living activities safely.
