Discovery Senior Living is seeking a compassionate Care Giver to provide hands-on care and emotional support to residents in a safe, home-like environment. You will assist with daily activities, maintain cleanliness, and promote independence while delivering excellent service.

Qualified candidates may have CNA certification preferred, a high school diploma, and the ability to communicate effectively with residents and colleagues.

Qualifications

• Certified Nurse’s Aide certification preferred (not mandatory).
• High School diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years of age.
• Previous experience with seniors preferred.

Responsabilités

• Maintain cleanliness of resident rooms and work areas.
• Assist residents to maintain independence, dignity and safety.
• Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, toileting, grooming, ambulation, transferring, eating).
• Engage residents in life skills and enrichment activities.
